|a Sažetak na hrvatskom: U završnom radu je ispitana mogućnost primjene PCTran simulatora PWR elektrane za potrebe edukacije. Dan je opis matematičkog modela i grafičkog sučelja simulatora. Pouzdanost rezultata simulacije za dva karakteristična tranzijenta provjerena je usporedbom s od prije dostupnim rezultatima programa RELAP5.

|a Sažetak na engleskom: In this final undergraduate paper, the possibility of utilizing a nuclear plant simulator (i.e. PCTran simulator) for the purpose of education has been looked into. Descriptions of the mathematical model and the graphical interface, used by the simulator, have been given. The reliability of the results acquired by running simulations of two characteristic transient scenarios has been examined by comparison to previously available data from RELAP5.
