|a Sažetak na hrvatskom: Ovim diplomskim radom prikazana je izrada aplikacije za automatizirano testiranje performansi SUBP-ova s raspoloživim JDBC sučeljem. Aplikacija je implementirana u Java programskom jeziku. Podržani sustavi su Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL i PostgreSQL. Rad je podijeljen na nekoliko cjelina. U uvodu je iznesena motivacija za izradu aplikacije. Zatim je na temelju literature dan pregled područja testiranja performansi SUBP-ova. Razložena je arhitektura sustava, objašnjeno njegovo korištenje. Dana je XML shema konfiguracijske datoteke te su opisane mogućnosti konfiguracije testova. Definirane su podržane metrike te je opisana njihova implementacija. Diskutirani su primjeri rezultata te su nabrojana moguća buduća poboljšanja izgrađenog sustava.

|a Sažetak na engleskom: This master thesis introduces the application for an automated performance testing of relational DBMS's with available JDBC interface. Application was implemented in Java programming language. Supported systems are Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL and PostgreSQL. The thesis is divided on few units. Motivation for the thesis is stated in the introduction. Furthermore, the related works are exposed. Software architecture is analyzed and its usage explained. XML schema of the configuration file is provided, along with description of the test configuration possibilities. Supported metrics are defined and their implementations described. The examples of results are discussed and the further software improvements proposed.
