|a Sažetak na hrvatskom: U cilju boljeg rada turističkih agencija u iTravel sustav je dodana komunikacija sa šest GDS-ova: HotelsPro, HotelBeds, GoGlobal, Miki, GTA i RoomsXML. Globalni distribucijski sustavi (GDS) su web servisi koji omogućavaju komunikaciju turističkih agencija i turoperatora s dobavljačima diljem svijeta s ciljem proširenja ponude prema krajnjim kupcima. Komunikacija s GDS-ovima omogućava širu ponudu destinacija i hotela kojima turističke agencije imaju pristup. U komunikaciji je ostvarena mogućnost rezerviranja i otkazivanja pojedinih rezervacija kao i mogućnost dodavanja novih GDS-ova u iTravel sustav.

Global Distribution Systems (GDS) are web services that enable communication travel agencies and tour operators with suppliers around the world to expand offers to end customers. Communication with the GDS enables a wider choice destinations and hotels for travel agencies. Communication contains possibility of booking and cancellation of certain reservations.
