|a Sažetak na hrvatskom: Razvoj obnovljivih izvora energije (OIE) koče prije svega visoki troškovi investicije s obzirom na gustoću snage takvih sustava. Najčešći model poticanja OIE u Europi je feed-in tarifni sustav. Investitorima, odnosno proizvođačima, feed-in tarifni sustavi osiguravaju povlaštene cijene za otkup električne energije, garantirani pristup mreži i vrijeme trajanja povlaštene tarife.
U ovom radu analizirane su aktualne povlaštene tarife za proizvodnju električne energije iz OIE u zemljama jugoistočne Europe. Neke razmatrane države već imaju značajnije instalirane kapacitete u određenim tehnologijama OIE, dok se u nekima iste tek planiraju. Odnos instaliranih kapaciteta ima značajan utjecaj na razinu potpore koje budući projekti mogu ostvariti. Na primjeru dva fiktivna projekta razmotren je utjecaj važećih tarifa na povrat investicije u predmetnim državama.

|a Sažetak na engleskom: The development of renewable energy sources (RES) is primarily held back by high investment costs considering their power density. The most common RES incentive model in Europe are the feed-in tariffs. They guarantee producers preferential prices for the purchase of electricity, access to the grid and duration of the preferential price.
In this paper we present the current state of the preferential tariffs in countries of the Southeastern Europe. Some countries already have significant installed capacity in certain RES technologies, while in others those are still merely planned. The amount of the installed capacity of specific RES technology has a strong impact on the amount of support for the future RES projects of the same technology. Using the example of two case studies we analyze the impact of the current tariffs on the return on investment in these countries.
