|a Sažetak na hrvatskom: Europska unija donijela je 2012. godine novu energetsku direktivu, kojom, između ostalog, propisuje uspostavljanje sustava obveze energetske učinkovitosti. Republika Hrvatska, kao punopravna država članica, uvodi sustav obveze energetske učinkovitosti 2016. godine. Sustav će obuhvaćati 37 distributera, koji će se uključivati različitom dinamikom. Ukupan iznos uštede koji Hrvatska mora ostvariti iznosi 54,25 PJ, a sustavom obveze planira se uštedjeti 22,156 PJ. U radu je detaljno objašnjeno pet mjera iz sektora kućanstva, s odgovarajućim proračunima. Predložen je plan ispune obveze za dva distributera, uključujući broj objekata koje treba obnoviti i financijski aspekt iz kojeg je vidljivo da je jeftinije provoditi mjere energetske učinkovitosti, nego plaćati doprinos Fondu za zaštitu okoliša i energetsku učinkovitost.

|a Sažetak na engleskom: The European Union has adopted a new Energy Efficiency Directive in 2012, which, among other things, prescribes the establishment of a energy efficiency obligation scheme. The Republic of Croatia, as a full Member State, implements a energy efficiency obligation scheme in 2016. The scheme will include 37 distributors, which will involve with different dynamics. The total amount of savings that Croatia has to fulfill is 54.25 PJ, and 22,156 PJ is planned to save through energy efficiency obligation scheme. The paper explains in detail five measures from the household sector, with appropriate budgets. A plan is proposed, to meet obligations of two distributors, including the number of objects to be restored and the financial aspect which shows that it is cheaper to implement energy efficiency measures, rather than paying contributions to the Environmental Protection and Energy Efficiency Fund.
