|a Sažetak na hrvatskom: U radu je ostvaren sustav za vektorsko upravljanje regulacijom brzine vrtnje servo pogona pomoću programirljivog logičkog kontrolera S7-1200, industrijskog pretvarača SINAMICS S120 s upravljačkom jedinicom CU320 te pretvarača MICROMASTER 420. Upravljani servo pogon sastoji se od pogonskog motora (sinkroni motor s permanentnim magnetima) i opteretnog motora (asinkroni motor) koji su međuosovinski spojeni. Pomoću programskog paketa TIA Portal obavljeno je programiranje PLC-a, dok se za izradu grafičkog sučelja koristi programsko okruženje WinCC. Eksperimentalnom optimizacijom podešeni su parametri PI regulatora brzine vrtnje. Odzivi brzine vrtnje, momenta i struja s početnim i optimalnim parametrima su snimljeni i potom uspoređeni.

|a Sažetak na engleskom: In this paper is acomplished a system for vector control of servo drive using programmable logic controller S7-1200, industrial converter SINAMICS S120 with control unit CU320 and converter MICROMASTER 420. Managed servo drive consists of a drive machine (synchronus motor with permanent magnets) and motor that is used as a load (asynchronous motor). Using the software package TIA Portal V13, PLC programming was performed, while for the creation of a graphical interface was programming enviroment WinCC used. With experimental optimization we were able to set the parameter of PI regulator. Signals of speed, torque and current, with initial and optimal parameteras of PI regulator, are recorded and then compared.
