|a Sažetak na hrvatskom: Rad obrađuje proces dizajna i izrade sustava za preporuku interesa temeljenog na javno dostupnim podacima o korisnicima prikupljenih na Internetu. U teorijskom pregledu objašnjena je čitava teorijska pozadina vezana uz javne podatke i sustave preporuke te je dan pregled tehnologija potrebnih za izradu takvog sustava. Slijedi opis arhitekture i komponenti sustava te implementacija istog. U nastavku rada dan je kratak opis i prikazani su obrasci rada sustava. Posljednji dio sadrži analizu rezultata sustava i prijedlog potencijalne primjene sustava u budućnosti. Sustav ima potencijal pripojenja sustavu Mediatoolkit kako bi omogućio pametno postavljanje korisničkog računa.

|a Sažetak na engleskom: The thesis describes the process of designing and developing an interest recommender system based on public user data accumulated from the Internet. The theoretical part of the thesis analyses the theoretical background of public user data and recommender systems. Furthermore, it describes the architecture and components and specifies the implementation of the system. The following part of the thesis focuses on the system design and presents some workflow patterns. The last part gives an outlook on its further use and potential value. The system has the potential to be included in the Mediatoolkit platform in order to produce smart account setups.
