|a Sažetak na hrvatskom: Cilj ovoga rada je objasniti GDPR regulativu i zahtjeve koje donosi u implementaciji informacijskih sustava. Objašnjena je problematika sigurnosti i zaštite podataka u Enteprise sustavima. Rad detaljnije objašnjava zakone GDPR regulative, te prava pojedinaca koja su u njoj navedeni. Navedeno je na koga sve GDPR regulativa utječe, te koji su potrebni procesi za usklađivanje sa GDPR regulativom. Navedeni su savjeti koje GDPR regulativa predlaže, te mnogi drugi prijedlozi za usklađivanjem sa regulativom i povećanjem sigurnosti osobnih podataka. Prikazano je na koji su se način neke poznate organizacije uskladile sa GDPR regulativom.

|a Sažetak na engleskom: The aim of this paper work is to explain the GDPR regulation and the requirements it brings in the implementation of information systems. The issue of security and data protection in Enteprise systems has been explained. This paper explains the laws of GDPR regulations, as well as the rights of individuals. It is mentioned to whom all the GDPR regulations are affected and all the necessary processes for harmonization with the GDPR regulation. It also describes the tips suggested by the GDPR regulations and many other proposals for harmonization with regulation and increasing the security of personal data. It is shown how some well-known organizations have introduced the GDPR regulation into their information systems
