|a Sažetak na hrvatskom: Rad obuhvaća teorijski dio potreban za razumijevanje potrebe za aplikacijom kojom bi se upravljalo svršenicima, zatim implementaciju takve aplikacije i popratnu dokumentaciju u obliku funkcionalnosti i arhitekture sustava kojom je ostvareno.
Za uspješan rad takve aplikacije, osnovne mogućnosti koje je potrebno imati su objave vijesti, pregled korisnika, definiranje specifičnih kategorija za vlastitu zajednicu svršenika te sustav pretplata kojim korisnik obavijesti dobiva emailom.

|a Sažetak na engleskom: This paper explains the theory behind the necessity of an application for managing alumnae, then, it explains the implementation of such software and that software's documentation in form of functionalities it has and the architecture of its system.
For this application to be successful, there are some core features that ought to be implemented such as posting news, overview of its users, defining a specific category relevant for an alumnae community and subscription system that allows user to read notification for a posted news via email.
