|a Sažetak na hrvatskom: Radom je obrađeno optimiranje proizvodnih pogona termoelektrana u sastavu tvrtke HEP d.d. programskim alatom PLEXOS. Primarni cilj optimizacije je zadovoljavanje potražnje toplinske energije, ali i minimiziranje troškova goriva te uključivanje prihoda od prodaje električne i toplinske energije. Scenarijima viših cijena prirodnog plina odnosno nižih cijena električne energije na tržištu, pokušalo se prikazati koliki je njihov utjecaj na angažman modeliranih elektroenergetskih postrojenja. Također, prikazan je utjecaj na korištenje jedinica plinskih sustava što uključuje dobavu prirodnog plina iz plinskih polja Republike Hrvatske, troškova transporta plinovodima i korištenja plinskih skladišta.

|a Sažetak na engleskom: This study contains optimisation of thermal power plants production owned by company HEP with software tool PLEXOS. The primary objective of optimization is to meet the demand for heat energy, but also to minimize fuel costs and to include revenue from the sale of electricity and heat. With scenarios of higher prices of natural gas and lower prices of electricity on the market, the study showes how big is their impact on the engagement of modeled power plants. Also, the impact on the use of gas system units is illustrated, including the supply of natural gas from the gas fields of the Republic of Croatia, the cost of gas pipelines and the use of gas storage facilities.
