|a Sažetak na hrvatskom: Ovaj završni rad sastoji se od informacijskog sustava stomatološke ordinacije i priložene dokumentacije. Informacijski sustav oblikovan je postepeno, a svaki korak je detaljno dokumentiran. Izrada programske potpore započela je inženjerstvom zahtjeva i definiranjem ER modela baze podataka. Nakon toga implementirao se podatkovni sloj relacijskom bazom MySQL, sloj poslovne logike skriptnim jezikom PHP, pohranjenim procedurama i funkcijama te korisničko sučelje programskim jezicima HTML i CSS. Također, u dokumentaciji je objašnjeno korištenje informacijskog sustava, a svaki primjer je potkrijepljen slikom. Krajnji rezultat je informacijski sustav koji zaposlenicima stomatološke ordinacije pruža osnovne funkcionalnosti i olakšava svakodnevni posao.

|a Sažetak na engleskom: This thesis consists of information system for dental clinic and its documentation. Information system was developed gradually, and every phase of development was thoroughly documented. Process started with requirement engineering and with defining the database ER model. Further, progress continued with an implementation of data layer using a relational database MySQL. After that logical layer was built with a PHP script programming language and with SQL stored procedures and functions. User interface was constructed by common WEB technologies: HTML and CSS. Also, this documentation includes section which describes usage of developed system, and every example is The end result is an information system which offers main functionalities and makes daily job easier for its employees.
