|a Sažetak na hrvatskom: U ovom završnom radu opisuje se Googleova platforma za Internet stvari – Android Things. Platforma Android Things bazira se na mobilnom operacijskom sustavu Android te omogućava jednostavno upravljanje senzorima i aktuatorima, mrežnu komunikaciju s drugim uređajima te korištenje raznih programskih sučelja i usluga. U sklopu rada obradit će se glavne značajke Interneta stvari i platforme Android Things te popratni pojmovi i tehnologije vezani za platformu uz praktične primjere programskih rješenja ostvarenih na uređaju Raspberry Pi 3 te će se na temelju toga izvršiti evaluacija platforme.

|a Sažetak na engleskom: This final thesis describes Google’s platform for Internet of Things - Android Things. The Android Things platform is based on the Android mobile operating system and allows simple management of the sensors and actuators, network communication with other devices and usage of various programming interfaces and services. This thesis will show the main features of the Internet of Things and Android Things platform along with other connected concepts and technologies. This thesis will also show some sample programs on the Raspberry Pi 3. At the end an evaluation of the Android Things platform will be given.
