|a Sažetak na hrvatskom: Pri određivanju voznih karakteristika autobusa pozornost je najprije usmjerena na odabir potrebne mjerne opreme. Odabrani mjerni uređaji moraju biti u mogućnosti izmjeriti sve potrebne veličine (brzinu kretanja, prijeđeni put, proteklo vrijeme i promjenu visine) sa zadovoljavajućom točnošću. Pri tom se ne smije ometati prijevoz putnika niti dovoditi do kašnjenja u voznom redu autobusa. Jedan od uređaja koji ispunjavaju navedene zahtjeve je VBOX sport, GPS mjerni uređaj kojim su izvršena sva mjerenja.
Zatim su određeni matematički izrazi koji opisuju sve fizikalne utjecaje na autobus za vrijeme mjerenja. Time je omogućena ugradnja tih izraza, u obliku funkcije, u programski jezik MATLAB. Nakon obrade izmjerenih veličina MATLAB-om, kao rezultat su određene vozne karakteristike autobusa.
Tako određene vozne karakteristike autobusa, zajedno s karakteristikama rute za koju su određene, prikazane su u posljednjem poglavlju rada.

|a Sažetak na engleskom: In determining the driving characteristics of buses attention was first focused on the selection of the necessary measuring equipment. Selected measuring devices must be able to measure all the physical quantities (velocity, distance traveled, elapsed time and the change in height) with satisfactory accuracy. To do this, the conducted measuring should not interfere with the carriage of passengers nor lead to delays in the bus schedule. One of the devices that meets these requirements is the VBOX sport, a GPS measuring device with which all measurements were performed.
Next, mathematical expressions, that describe all physical impacts on the bus during the measurement, were determined. This allowed the installation of these expressions, in the form of functions, in the programming language MATLAB. As a result of processing the measured values in MATLAB, driving bus characteristics were determined.
In the final chapter of this research paper, driving bus characteristics are presented together with the characteristics of trails they were designed for.
