|a Sažetak na hrvatskom: Elektroenergetski sustav je okosnica današnjeg gospodarstva koji se oslanja na stabilnu, neprekidnu opskrbu električnom energijom koja je potrebna i u industriji i u našim privatnim životima. Informatizacijom hidroelektrane u ideju „inteligentne hidroelektrane“ implementacijom visoko-inteligentnih sustava upravljanja, nadziranja veličina, pohranjivanja podataka i komunikacija te njihovim povezivanjem u jednu smisaonu cjelinu može se dobiti uvid u prošlo i trenutno stanje, kao i predviđati neka buduća stanja hidroelektrane te ostvariti obostrana komunikacija i hijerarhijsko vođenje cijelog elektroenergetskog sustava. Kao primjer takve hidroelektrane opisan je model rada hidroelektrane Lešće.

|a Sažetak na engleskom: Electric power system is the very basis of today’s economy, which relays on stabile, continuous electric power supply necessary for both industry and our private lives. Through implementation of highly intelligent control systems, volume monitoring, data storage and communication, and their interconnection into a coherent unit, informatization of hydroelectric power plants, creating the idea of “smart hydroelectric power plants”, provides an insight into past and current status of a hydroelectric power plant, as well as a prediction of future hydroelectric power plant statuses, and enables communication and hierarchical management of the entire electric power system. This thesis provides a description of the work model of the hydroelectric power plant Lešće, which is an example of one such power plant.
