|a Sažetak na hrvatskom: U ovom radu opisani su gubitci vođenja te sklapanja modula IGBT-a. Opisanim standardom IEC60747-9 pokazano je kako se mjere i računaju sklopni gubitci metodom dvostrukog impulsa. Naposljetku izrađen je uređaj za generiranje dvostrukog impulsa kako bi generirao dvostruki impuls te nadzirao temperaturu grijane podloge. Ispitan je IGBT modul te su obrađeni i uspoređeni sve energije na različitim temperaturaima i otporima upravljačke elektrode.

|a Sažetak na engleskom: This thesis describes the switching and conduction losses of IGBT module. The described IEC60747-9 standard shows how to measure accurate and calculate switching losses with the double pulse method. Finally, a double pulse generator was designed to control the pulses and temperature of the heated bed. The IGBT module was tested and all energy at different temperatures and gate resistances was processed and compared.
