|a Sažetak na hrvatskom: Zadatak rada bio je ispitati financijsku isplativost izgradnje vjetroelektrane u Republici Hrvatskoj. Rad je podijeljen na teorijski i praktični dio. U teorijskom dijelu opisan je vjetar, vjetroelektrane u Republici Hrvatskoj i svijetu, te financijski parametri korišteni u analizi isplativosti. Praktični dio je analiza isplativosti izgradnje vjetroelektrane u Republici Hrvatskoj u programu SAM (System Advisor Model). Dobiveni rezultati su prikazani u tablicama.

|a Sažetak na engleskom: The task of this paper was to examine the financial viability of wind power plant construction in the Republic of Croatia. This paper is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part describes the wind, wind power plants in the Republic of Croatia and the world, and the financial parameters used in the analysis of cost-effectiveness. The practical part is an analysis of cost-effectiveness of wind power plant construction in the Republic of Croatia in the SAM (System Advisor Model) program. Final results are presented in the tables.
