U radu se nastoji ustvrditi teorijska osnova i jasna veza između upotrebe baštine i održivog razvoja određenog teritorija i zajednice. Odabrana studija slučaja svjesno je odabrana jer ukazuje na evidentnu povezanost, i time dokazuje ispravnost i utemeljenost takve toerijske teze.
