|a Predmet istraživanja ovog magistarskog rada je analiza međunarodne prioritetne sheme i zahtjeva koje ona postavlja na protokole za upravljanje pozivom u višeuslužnoj mreži, s naglaskom na signalizacijske procedure i sučelja među mrežnim elementima koji sudjeluju pri ostvarivanju prioritetnog poziva. Zadatak magistarskog rada je analiza višeuslužne mreže temeljene na protokolu BICC, te prilagodba protokola BICC sukladno zahtjevima međunarodnog prioritetnog poziva. U radu je opisana međunarodna prioritetna shema zajedno sa svim zahtjevima kojima mora udovoljavati, zatim funkcije međunarodne prioritetne sheme te zahtjevi na protokole za upravljanje pozivom u cilju ostvarivanja ove usluge. Obrađene su višeuslužne mreže kao područje uvođenja ove usluge, sa posebnim naglaskom na protokole i sučelja za upravljanje pozivom. Na temelju analize postojećih protokola definiran je protokol BICC kao protokol kojim će se realizirati ova usluga. Detaljnom analizom protokola BICC definirani su nedostatci samog protokola za realizaciju međunarodne prioritetne sheme u višeuslužnim mrežama. Rad je posebno fokusiran na nužnu prilagodbu protokola BICC u cilju ostvarivanja ove usluge, te je dan model poziva u višeuslužnoj mreži sa implementiranom uslugom prioritetne sheme temeljen na protokolu BICC.

|a The research scope of this thesis is the analysis of the international emergency preference scheme and requirements on call control protocols in multiservice network with emphasis on signalling procedures and interfaces among network elements involved in international preference call. Main research task is the analysis of multiservice network based on BICC protocol and adaptation of the protocol according to requirements from international preference call. This thesis addresses international emergency preference scheme with the whole set of requirements that need to be met. Further it describes functions of international emergence preference scheme and lists requirements on call control protocols. Study includes description of multi service network which is the domain of this service with particular accent on call control protocols and interfaces. Based on the results of analysis of existing call control protocols, BICC protocol is defined for realization of international emergency preference scheme. Detail analysis of BICC protocol shows its shortcomings in realization of international emergency preference scheme in the multi service network. In particular, the thesis is focused on necesary adaptation of BICC protocol required to achieve this service, followed by the detail signalling sequence of the call in the multi service network based on BICC protocol with international emergency preference scheme implemented.
