|a Sažetak na hrvatskom: U prijašnjem radu reguliranih elektroenergetskih sustava, pomoćne usluge nisu osiguravane posebno već su bile uključene u cjelokupnu cijenu električne energije. Danas se sve više teži k liberalizaciji i poticanju konkurentnog tržišta električne energije. U većini zemalja jugoistočne Europe postoji još uvijek glavna državna kompanija koja drži monopol na tržištu električne energije. Poticanjem novih investicija, stvaranjem slobodnog nereguliranog tržišta i povećanjem udjela obnovljivih izvora energije može se ubrzati razvoj energetskog sektora. Bitno je i razdvajanje djelatnosti proizvodnje, prijenosa, distribucije i opsrkbe električnom energijom te odvojena ponuda pomoćnih usluga na tržištu. Glavne pomoćne usluge su održavanje frekvencije, održavanje napona, rotirajuće rezerve i crni start. U radu su opisane pomoćne usluge prema mrežnim pravilima elektroenergetskih sustava 5 zemalja: Albanije, Bugarske, Rumunjske, Grčke i Kosova.

|a Sažetak na engleskom: In the former regulated power systems, ancillary services were included in the overall price of electric energy and were not provided separately. Today, everything is moving towards market liberalization and encouraging of competitive electricity markets. In most of the southeast European countries there is still a main state owned company which holds monopoly on the market. Developement of the energy sector can be hastened by encouraging new investements, creating free non-regulated markets and increasing the contribution of renewable energy sources. Separating generation, distribution, transmission and supply activities as well as unbundling of ancillary services is also important. Main ancillary services are frequency regulation, voltage regulation, reserves and black start services. In this paper, ancillary services are listed according to grid codes of five countries: Albania, Bulgaria, Romania, Greece and Kosovo.
