|a Sažetak na hrvatskom: Suvremen život postao je nezamimsliv bez Interneta, pomoću njega dolazimo do informacija i potrebnih usluga, međutim osobama s invaliditetom je često otežano korištenje web-sjedišta jer nisu usklađena s njihovim potrebama. Kako bi se tim osobama olakšao pristup Internetu i svim informacijama i uslugama koji nudi, predložene su smjernice za oblikovanje web sadržaja WCAG 2.0. U ovom radu analizirane su odabrane smjernice WCAG 2.0 s obzirom na mogućnost primjene na web-sjedištu davatelja usluga organizacije dječjih rođendana. Cilj ovog rada je proučiti smjernice za osiguravanje pristupačnosti mrežnih sadržaja WCAG 2.0 te u praktičnom djelu izraditi web-sjedište s implementiranim odabranim smjernicama pristupačnosti za korištenje kao pristupačnu inačicu postojećeg web-sjedišta. Tijekom rada korišteni su alati za procjenu pristupačnosti web sadržaja te korisnička procjena pristupačnosti, čime se osigurava usklađenost sa smjernicama pristupačnosti, kao i upotrebljivost i razumljivost sadržaja.

|a Sažetak na engleskom: Modern life is often unimaginable without the Internet, using it we access much needed information and services, but people with disabilities often have trouble using web sites that are often incompatible with their needs. Web content accessibility guidelines (WCAG) are introduced in order to ease the access to the Internet for those people, and all the services it provides. This paper analyzes the selected WCAG 2.0 guidelines with regard to the possibility of applying on the web site of the children’s birthday celebration service provider. The aim of this paper is to review the guidelines for ensuring accessibility of WCAG 2.0 web content and to create a Web site with practical implementation of selected accessibility guidelines for use as an accessible version of the existing Web site. During the work, tools for assessing accessibility of web content and user accessibility estimation were used, ensuring compliance with accessibility guidelines, as well as usability and comprehensibility of content.
