|a Sažetak na hrvatskom: Cilj ovog rada je ispitati doprinos suradnje između davatelja usluge i mrežnog operatora u korištenju odabranih usluga u Internetu. U sklopu rada opisana je motivacija koju davatelji usluga i mrežni operatori imaju za postizanje suradnje prilikom upravljanja QoE-om. Navedeni su postojeći načini funkcioniranja usluga u Internetu, te su opisani načini na koje je moguće postići suradnju između davatelja usluge i mrežnog operatora prilikom upravljanja QoE-om. Također, u sklopu rada je kroz prototip suradnje između davatelja usluge i mrežnog operatora opisan način na koji se njihova suradnja može odvijati.

|a Sažetak na engleskom: A key goal in the scope of this thesis is to examine the benefits of cooperation between service providers and network providers in the usage of Internet services. This thesis specifies the incentives for cooperative QoE management from the perspective of service providers and network providers. Following an overview of different QoE management mechanisms, this thesis contains a description of a prototype of QoE centered network management, that implements a way that cooperation can be achieved.
