|a Sažetak na hrvatskom: Bipolarni tranzistori s horizonatlnim tokom struje imaju svoja rasipanja karakteristika u matričnom spoju međusobno takvih 64 tranzistora. Projektiran je sklop koji mjeri i sprema karakteristike svakog tranzistora u takvom spoju. Moguće su dvije metode: metodom sklopki i metodom pomoću Arduino-a. Metoda sklopki je točnija, ali sporija dok je metoda pomoću Arduino-a brža i samostalna uz određene utjecaje sklopovlja na razultate. Statistički su obrađeni podaci za obje metode, kao i posebno za retke i posebno za stupce.

The switching method is more accurate, but slower while the Arduino method is faster and more autonomous with some of the impact of the hardware on the final results. Statistical data for both methods, as well as for rows and columns are statistically processed.
